Everything was perfect. Katie, the manager, was the best host anyone could ask for. She was very helpful and even made sure we got breakfast ready to go for the day we were leaving (at 3 am) so we wouldn’t go hungry. The common room is a great place to chill out after a day out, have a snack and coffee.

Excellent hospitality, Katie who was handling my booking took much care of me , especially since my flight was altered many times , she remained flexible to check me in when i eventually arrived. The room was clean, breakfast was good. All in all i had a great time .

Everything! The room was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the common room is well stocked with tea and coffee, which is always very much appreciated. The air conditioning worked well, the shower had good water, pressure and plenty of hot water, and the location is superb.

The location is perfect, as it’s close to the city center and restaurants and airport shuttle bus.
The room is also clean!
Reception process also quite clear.
Buttttt, my room is nearby the main road, window’s effect of soundproofing not so good. Too noisy to fall asleep.
And there are no proper quilts, only 1 thin blanket. As the date is quite cold, I have asked for thicker quilts, but the answer is no….only more thin blankets.
Btw, no breakfast in Sunday as their kitchen closed. Only a croissant and a banana.
