The property was absolutely magnificent, and I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. My room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed and more for my stay. One of my absolute favorite features was the gorgeous garden-style bathtub overlooking the city. The plants surrounding the window were such a beautiful touch because they provided privacy while still allowing you to enjoy the view outside. It created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and made the room feel very special. The moonlight property was beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I could have needed. I also really appreciated how secure the property felt. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable where I am staying is extremely important to me, and I felt completely at ease here. Although I was only staying for one night and unfortunately only had a few hours to really enjoy the suite, I loved the time I spent there. It was beautiful, private, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations.

We didn’t stay at Rooftop Tirana as they offered us an upgrade to the Moonlight Apartments. The staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. We dealt with Sahar and Brikena.

The only thing I liked was it's location to restaurants.

Upon booking, staff advised me to cancel my original reservation on booking.com for an "upgrade" at a higher price. After three nights, I was abruptly told to relocate due to double booking-a completely unacceptable situation after paying more for my stay. Key Issues: *Security Concerns: No digital record of my booking exists aside receipt of payment, creating a significant security risk. I felt so unsafe that I had to wedge my key in the lock and place a chair against the door throughout my stay. *Poor Service: I was exhausted when notified of the relocation and given only two options: move to Room 4 or transfer to a different property entirely. The apology felt inadequate given the disruption. *Substandard Amenities: Room 4 lacks a smart TV (no Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). *Safety Hazard: The balustrade on Apartment 1's balcony is dangerously low-avoid using it. As a tourist, this experience left me anxious and disappointed. I cannot recommend this property. I was about to ask the cleaners to blink twice if they feel safe maybe that's just me being paranoid.
