The lady running this place will win you over with her genuine warmth, kindness and good nature. The location is right by the sea with a nice restaurant 2 minute walk. The garden is tranquil and lovely. When the faucet broke off in my hand from advanced old age, the owners fixed it quickly and while I was out. Very kind and sweet.
The beds might be from 1980 and so are the pillows. An upgrade of these would go very very far. The kitchenette lacks basic tools and facilities to cook properly so plan on eating out. The rooms are very close together so you do feel your neighbors' presence and can hear them pee. Things feel like they are ready to break from age, and one thing did.

Near to the sea side, quiet and clean, friendly and helpful host. Good price, Excluding the air conditioner which is paid extra.
Old bathroom, need maintenance or renewal. You have to ask hair dryer. You cannot change the setting of air condition and the fridge.
