The room was small but comfortable and all the staff were nice.

The price is fair, the room is clean, the staff were all very nice and accommodating.

The strong smell of cleaners in the stairwell. If you are sensitive (I’m not really) this could be a real problem.

I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel in Paris was far below expectations. The room was extremely cramped, with barely any space to move around or store luggage. The toilet sink was tiny, making even basic use uncomfortable, and the shower was broken and leaking, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, towels were not provided in the room—you had to go to reception to collect them, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Despite requesting an extra pillow, none was provided during my stay. While the staff member at check-in ( around 4 PM) was polite and helpful, the night staff were rude and completely uncooperative, which left a sour impression. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The area is not bad. There is a good restaurant next to it. The cats in the yard are cute too. Good parking. The room smelled cigarette.

Worst hotel

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. The smell was awful and the safety measures were not the greatest. We had no essentials in our rooms and bathrooms. If you can avoid this place, please do. Will never come back here again.

i didn’t like nothing. everything is bad to worst.

Room was very small and dirty also was very bad smell coming from toilet.So I wasted my money and time. I had booked for two nights but I couldn’t stay more than few hours.

The condition of shared bathrooms was very bad and dirty but they provide usi another bathroom to have shower

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but as expected. The price was fair for services.

It was very hot and no air conditioning but the weather can't be controlled. It wasn't the cleanest place, a bug in the shower and I tried on a small shard of glass. Not catastrophic but could do with a little bit more cleanliness.

Standard room. Acceptable for one night's stay and no more!

No taxi service provided by hotel. Hotel will not even call a taxi because apparently taxi services in Sarcelles are too unreliable and expensive??!! Guests are instructed to walk to the train station which involves passing through some very unsavoury areas of Sarcelles. Not one iron available to use on premises so no way to press a shirt. No air conditioning in Summer, nor is there any fan provided to compensate for this.

Disappointing

-The single room is for a reasonable price, compared to other options in Paris.

-The location is not easily accessible by public transport. The lanterns do not work on the way to the hotel (about 1 km). I guess, if you have a car, it is not a problem. - Rooms need reconstruction and new clean linen. The tap leaked. - Summer in Paris is quite hot: 30-40 degrees. The room was without airconditioning. - The breakfast was poor. No meat, no fruits. But if you like croissants for breakfast, you will be satisfied.
