The apartment has 107 m2, has 3 suites, 1 toilet, 1 TV room (with SKY) / dinner, a veranda with table, chair and hammock, 1 bathroom maid.
The room has cable TV, sofa, armchair and table with 6 chairs.
The balcony has a very pleasant view which allows a pleasant dinner, plus a sofa and a hammock.
A suite with 1 queen and 1 single, the second with 1 double and 1 single and third with one double bed. All with air conditioning Split type, a cabinet door and electric showers in the bathrooms.

The apartment is great, 3 suites to sleep 8, option to sleep also in the living room. Balcony with dining table and hammocks. Easy to use the grill by the pool. Great pool and spa, daily cleaned. Coconut water from the trees of the condo, just ask the workers of the condo. Beach options I suggest, walking to Franga Folgosa beach restaurant, or drive to Rio Pojuca beach restaurants, or Piriri, or Guaratuba! During the night drive to Praia do Forte village!

Trata-se de um ótimo imóvel, como toda estrutura necessária para passar excelentes dias. O fato de estar situado no andar de cima garante a privacidade. O empreendimento em também é ótimo, com infraestrutura em perfeitas condições. A piscina é ampla e apresenta parte rasa ideal para crianças. O condomínio possuí regras objetivas e durante nossa estadia pudemos perceber que os funcionários atuam para garantir o bom convívio de todos, garantindo o silêncio no horário determinado e coibindo o uso de vidros na piscina, importante para a segurança do espaço. Ressalva para a internet que estava intermitente, mas estão substituindo o serviço. Destaque para a localização, a poucos minutos das principais piscinas naturais de Itacimirim, e para o proprietário, que sempre se colocou de prontidão para qualquer necessidade.
Imóvel recomendado, com custo-benefício superior à média da região.

A localização é perfeita para quem quer descansar, perto da praia e tem um pequeno mercado e uma pizzaria próximos, dá para fazer tudo a pé e deixar o carro
estacionado, tem duas vagas de estacionamento internas.
O apartamento é amplo e limpo, muito bem decorado e equipado. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos e se situa no primeiro andar, o que mantem a privacidade. O condomínio é excelente, com ampla área de lazer (piscina enorme, churrasqueira, parquinho para as crianças).
A praia é maravilhosa, na maré baixa o banho é seguro, com água quentinha, verdadeira piscina natural de água salgada. Para quem surfa, como eu, fica bem perto do pico do surf e tem a possibilidade de praticar o sup e kitesurf, sem falar no frescobol!!
E o mais importante, o custo beneficio é muito válido, surpreendendo minha expectativa.
Os proprietários foram super simpáticos e atenciosos todo o tempo. Com certeza recomendo e voltaremos outras vezes!!

O imóvel é excelente, o anúncio e fotos são muito fiéis. Os donos foram atenciosos e prestativos o tempo inteiro.
A localização do village e a estrutura também são excelentes, bem pertinho da praia.
A ressalva fica apenas para as regras do condomínio, que é bem rigoroso. Tem que conhecer e aceitar tudo pra não ter problemas.
