Apartment Sagrada Familia Grassot - Industria by Interhome

The apartment is in a quiet street, a very pleasant neighborhood and you can easily access central Barcelona by public transport. There is a lift to the 4th floor apartment, which is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There are many bars and restaurants close by. The Sagrada Família is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

There are air conditioning units in the lounge/dining room and bedroom. These work very well, but a little noisy for me when sleeping.

Apartment is situated in an ideal location, especially for visits to Gaudi sites. It is on a side-street and (except for daytime construction noise) is very quiet. There are two Metro stops nearby. This is not a property managed by Booking.com. It is managed by a Swiss company, which brought a big level of complication that was unexpected. Booking.com customer service is great, but they are not running the show

We confirmed our arrival time, but the key transfer was delayed by 20 minutes and the woman who eventually met us spoke no English. Having read other reviews, I checked the supplies and found only two small rolls of toilet paper, one bath, and one hand towel per person. Using my fingers, I showed her that we were staying for NINE (9) days and needed more. With reluctance, she opened a storage room and gave me only a few rolls of toilet paper and one additional set of towels. Later, I realized they had provided only one pod for the dishwasher and no drying rack for handwashing dishes. When I messaged our contact, he told me I should go to the store and buy a box of dishwasher pods. Having rented more than 30 apartments through Booking.com over the past 11 years, this was a first.
