Spacious with everything a family needs for a holiday. Great location.

Needs a big of money spent to update the decor. Tired fittings in bathrooms and kitchen, curtains that don’t close properly. Nothing major, just worn out!

A well maintained top quality villa. Everything you needed for a great holiday. The pool man came 3 times in the week we were there to keep the pool perfect. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Extra pillows would be useful for extra comfort

The area was quiet and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Costas but just a 15 minute walk from La Calla. There were also some local restaurants and bars and a supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. The view was lovely and the property was set out in a way that afforded seperate areas to sleep and have some privacy if required. The pool was lovely but a little cold which was to be expected in November. The grounds were well tended and the property was easily secured. All in all a really nice place to stay with plenty of room and facilities for 6

The property had some high quality fittings but some areas could do with an update. The shower fittings were hard to use and the kitchen could do with a refit. The units were tired which made them hard to clean. As we had family with us we cooked quite a lot. Some of the plates and cups needed replacing but it was the end of the Summer season. It was quite cold on two or three of the days and nights but we could not get the upstairs heating to work and had the downstairs bedrooms not had heating, there would not have been enough blankets. However if the weather had not been inclement this would not have been an issue. There is no WiFi at the property and no satellite link for the Sky box, but again the need for these would have been diminished had the weather been better.
