About this villa rental
Beautiful family villa with a private pool, lush garden, and fantastic sea views from every corner of the house! Perfectly situated in the highly sought-after town of La Cala de Mijas, this villa offers the ideal balance of comfort, convenience, and Mediterranean charm.
Within just a 5–15 minute walk, you’ll find everything you need — El Bombo Beach, supermarkets like LIDL, a wide choice of bars and restaurants, the village centre, and a scenic seaside promenade perfect for evening strolls.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bright bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a new king-size bed (180x200). A fully equipped independent kitchen with direct access to the garden. Spacious living room with a large Smart TV and access to a covered terrace featuring a dining area, comfortable seating, and spectacular sea views. A guest toilet completes this level.
TOP FLOOR:
Master bedroom with king-size bed (180x190), TV, and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed (150x190) and an adjacent modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny terrace offering panoramic sea views.
The villa ensures total privacy, not overlooked by neighbouring houses. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and high-speed Wi-Fi.
OUTDOOR AREA:
By the private swimming pool (4 x 9m), you’ll find a lovely garden area with several sun loungers and outdoor dining space with a BBQ, perfect for family meals and evenings under the stars.
Please note: Due to the villa’s convenient proximity to the A7 highway, some road noise may be heard in the outdoor areas.

The villa was lovely just perfect for us and the host was easy to communicate with. The pool could have done with a midweek clean as was very murky! I understand there is to be a new bed on the ground floor which is needed as this one was a little uncomfortable. Will definitely book again if we go to that area on another holiday.

Just got home after staying at the villa for a week. The villa is absolutely fantastic located ar the end of a quiet street/cul de sac. We were met by Ivan on arrival who was very friendly and thorough with his overview of the facilities. Its approximately 30 mins from Malaga airport by car and it is a fairly straightforward drive with the villa just off the A7. It is possible to hear the traffic from the villa but it is a distant murmur with the odd ambulance siren rather than full on traffic noise and you only hear it in the outside areas. The villa is fully equipped for a brilliant holiday. It is spotlessly clean and well decorated with the added bonus of a bar, with fridge, beside the pool. Its only a short walk to Lidl supermarket and an even shorter walk to restaurants, bars and takeaways. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk and the centre of Mijas about 20 minute walk from the villa. You can get there slightly quicker but the stroll along the seafront is worth the extra minutes and it is flat and easy for all ages with no main roads to cross.A couple of observations i would add is that the villa does have quite a few steps and is not really suitable for the elderly or disabled. The pool is wonderful but doesn’t have a toddler pool with the shallow end too deep for very young children. (There are lots of floats available)Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely miss my morning coffee on the upper terrace overlooking the town and the bay!

This was our second visit to the villa, we enjoyed it very much again. The villa is well equipped and a super size for all the family. The company are so helpful and meet you at the villa at the start of your holiday. Definitely a great place to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday
Maybe you should have advised us that there was a villa being built next door was pretty noisy from sometimes before 8.00 am all day. So we were aware of it

The Villa was very nice, the location and views were lovely. We apprwciated the pool that was bigger than expected. Communication with Yulia was excellent. Minor problems were solved immediately.
