The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, embodying the natural warmth, respect, and politeness that Bali is known for. Tucked away in a serene location, the only sounds you hear in the morning are birds chirping and the gentle rhythm of ocean waves. The property is thoughtfully designed, with seating spread throughout the compound, allowing guests to enjoy their own space while still feeling secluded. There’s a special energy here—one that naturally encourages positivity, something you can see reflected in both the atmosphere and the people who visit. The food was delicious, and the junior suite gave off warm, homely vibes that made it easy to settle in. I was only here for one night as part of a staycation in Bali, but it left a lasting impression. I also appreciate that the establishment is locally owned—supporting Balinese hospitality makes the experience even more meaningful. Thank you, Crystal Beach Bali, for your genuine hospitality. It truly goes a long way for someone who has been away from home for a while.

THE STAFFf!! Leni and here crew were really so wonderfull. Friendly, welcoming and warm. Hard working people with a smile on their face❤️ Our room was perfect. Spacious and clean. The place is at the seafront, nice view, nice balibeds to enjoy the sound of the waves, it’s a nice and quiet place.

IT DEFINETELY NEEDS RENOVATION. There is a lot of work to be done in the garden en the beachfront. Can be done very easily 💪🏼

Direct access to the sea, spacious bedroom, comfy bed, clean bathroom.

The small alley to reach the property. Also the outdoor facilities in front of the sea are less maintenance. It would be better if the gazebos were clean.

Staff were friendly and making my own omelette for the breakfast buffet was good

I stayed here two years ago and while it is right on the beach the buildings themselves and the common areas have deteriorated to a condition that was nothing short of derelict. I did have the budget room, not a choice I would ask others to make. The plumbing in the bathroom was deplorable, sink blocked, toilet would not stop running, shower never achieved anything near hot water. ** The beach is the only swimming option as the pool has been permanently removed.. **
