The location is great and the on site restaurant was really good.
The air conditioner in our room was t working g correctly not was barely cooling and not drying the air at all. Everything g was damp when we entered especially the beds g and the room smelled strongly like mould. Three days later when we checked out everything we had brought with us was damp, all of our clothes etc. I have lived in Cairns for 15 years so am used to humid conditions but something more was happening here. From the bottom bunk in our family room you could see the mould in the wooden slats in the underside of the top bunk.
