Otentic, Eco Tent Experience

Shower was lovely with a friendly frog, comfy beds, friendly animals including lovely dogs and a cat also providing canoe and bikes to fill up time and a boat trip to island

- Dinner was amazing - Boat ride on islands was good - An App was provided for the hike to the waterfall which was very helpful. - Surrounding was beautiful

- Washroom lacked privacy - hard to take bags to the tent - Kayaking was without any guidance

The tent, ameneties, food and location on river were all 10/10

Location near busy street/villages - could hear dogs barking all night long like they were next door (apparently the stray dog overpopulation in Mauritius is a real problem since euthansia laws were passed). Traffic was heard all night. I was also next a tent with kids and they loudly were watching TV or listenting to a radio or something with volume that was like I was listenting to it in my own tent. I was offered to move but talked to others that were further from street and had the exact same complaint and glad they had booked short stays. I left a couple days early, no refund given or offered. I got a free meal on the day I checked out.
