- An App was provided for the hike to the waterfall which was very helpful.

Ive been to Otentik a couple of times, and as usual it was an amazing experience. The staff were super professional, relaxed, helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. You should try the papaya crumble!
I think the mountain bikes need some maintenance and it would be good if they provide bike helmets.

Camp set up, some managers created a very welcoming and fun environment for the staff and guests...Charles especially. Others were more cold.
Back to nature set up. Sunday night Indian buffet was really nice , other days food was somewhat repetitive.
Free activities - bikes, boat to IL aux cerfs, kayaks to GRSE waterfall, darts etc
Not many snacks offered on site and no fizzy drinks so had brought some of our own. One of the camp managers did not like this and asked us not to consume in front of other guests.
Also one night for dinner we had two bench tables for a group of 8, on another they squashed 8 people onto one table. We asked for more space and were told by one kitchen staff this is what our group gets - we were so huddled there was no space to move our arms. Had to complain to manager on duty.
