I liked the set up of the room, the toilet facilities, and being close to transport links. In addition, I loved that the hostel gave me a transport card so I didn’t have to pay for transport around the city!
I can’t think of anything bad to say.

Everything was exceptionally clean, EVERYTHING! Most staff was friendly to help, some seemed they felt obligated to help.
No one was rude, but some were more free willing with information than others. Sometimes, foreign visitors don’t know what to ask about a new place, and suggestions are welcomed; like needing a different outlet converter unique to the country other than the other three we brought, or their ability to be checked out at the desk.

I booked single room with breakfast. When I arrived I was told I booked three bed room with others and no breakfast. I had to pay euro 98,00 more to have single room which is high price. I would have taken another hotel for that price.
