The property was in a great location, close to both old town and port 10-15 minute walk, with off street parking and secure gates.
The pool and grounds were excellent and not over looked with a great view of the local country side, the covered veranda area was a fantastic during the hottest parts of the day as provided much needed shade and nearly always a colling breeze.

The location was ideal for a family holiday, 10 minute walk into the old town of Alcudia where there is a good selection of restaurants or a 15 minute walk down to the Port of Alcudia where there is a fantastic beach with a lot of activities and again a big selection of restaurants and bars.
