Obiekt położony blisko atrakcji dla dzieci (zjeżdżalnie plac zabaw) oraz różnego typu restauracji i sklepów. Willa Słoneczko to dom z historią, ma swoją duszę. Z zewnątrz widać że nadgryziony zębem czasu, ale wewnątrz zadbany. Warto przenocować w obiekcie który od początku nie zmienił swego przeznaczenia. Ci co są zwolennikami sztucznych loftów których zatrzęsienie ostatnio w Szklarskiej Porębie niezbyt się odnajdą.
Brak możliwości skorzystania z toalety na dwie godziny przed zameldowaniem - w budynku zasadniczo nie przebywa obsługa, tylko personel sprzątający który jednocześnie wydaje klucze.
