Comfy beds, great location
Being woken at 1am by a group outside in the beer garden (not sound proof).

Clean room and very comfortable beds, staff were friendly. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc….
Although we had a private bathroom we had to leave the bedroom to get to it, which wasn’t ideal on my own with two children. Shower was rather very hot or cold.

Nice clean linens, plenty of towels. Dog-friendly. A very good G&T from the bar. This is basically rooms over a pub.
Very dirty fan running in my room. There is no need to run a fan in an empty room as it does nothing. Fans cool people, not air. This fan looked like it had come from a building site - very dirty and dusty. The door to the room was also very dirty. When I closed the curtain it fell to the floor, and I had to replace the rail on its brackets. . Otherwise everything was spotless.
