The location of the hotel is very much in outskirt if one wants to be within quick reach of Delhi center or have some work at Exhibition, etc.

The staff were cordial. Room was good.
Breakfast menu.
Late night connectivity is bad. The whole are is cordoned off till 5am. Cabs outrightly refuse.

The hotel does not have handicapped persons room, with facilities for persons with disabilities. Not even one room. Not even a toilet for the handicapped. Most good hotels now provide these facilities. The counter staff did not even know about such facilities.
Toilets are too small. The in room dining plates were not removed despite repeated requests . Extra blanket not supplied despite assurance by the night staff at the reception.
