a very nice place for someone looking for relax, silence and tranquility. The property oversees the lake and the mountain towards the famous Sacra di San Michele. A place to immerse yourself in nature and fairytales. Could be an excellent place to do bicycle trips

a bit far from the city, if you don't have a car, there limited restaurant possibilities in the neighborhood, although we ate ate Hostaria Floow, very good (10 min walking distance)

Good breakfast. Clean.

Too hot inside the rooms, air conditioner doesn’t work well. It’s near the lake, but it was forbidden to swim.

Very nice view, nice breakfast in the garden at the neighboring property.

First getting through the gates to the property was very challenging. Finding the room that was allocated to us was next challenge. No prior instructions were received. Nobody on site. I had to contact the manager, took ages to figure it out. Room was well below expectations. Dishwasher not working, towels were so hard and old, very uncomfortable bed…just overall quiet disappointed for the price we paid.
