Villa Mimosa

Ubicación tranquila y agradable, no excesivamente alejada de Verona si dispones de vehículo. El restaurante excelente y el personal muy atento y agradable. Un lugar muy recomendable. La habitación estaba impecable y es espaciosa y el baño fantástico, amplio y todo perfecto.

Good location, free carpark, nice size room!

location is great if you have your car and need to be on the outskirts for some quiet and on way to airport

the two ladies at reception are in dire need of a customer service course!! You say good morning and they do not answer, you point out that there should be signage to indicate entrance/reception other than the bar/restaurant and first receptionist answered that it is obvious !!(it is not so, so much so that even GPS indicated the side overlooking the main road as the main access point!!) and finally same receptionist did not bother to check beforehand that we had paid already but asked us again at check out (we pointed out that we only had the city tax as outstanding payment - other receptionist at least pointed out that we had in fact already paid). Finally you would think that you should be given the room wifi immediately and when my partner went back to reception after check in and asked receptionist to write it down, she sighed as if he had asked her some big favour!
