Well situated, just off the main tourist strip, and very easily accessible from the main road. It's just a short walk to the beach, and quite a pleasant one :)
The staff is very friendly, and room is confortable, albeit a bit small.
The owner prefers to be paid in dollars, or in rupees but not at the current conversion rate.
To be honest, it doesn't make a huge difference, it just adds a few hundred rupees to your bill, and it's still absolutely worth it.

Room was big with kitchen and bathroom
The wifi was not good. It was not a good place for a single traveller to stay.
