Boa localização. Bom tamanho do quarto.
Local muito difícil para estacionar, seja na rua, seja em estacionamento particular. Mobilia velha, roupas de cama surradas, sem móvel para apoiar mala. Box de banho minúsculo. Cozinha sem geladeira, sem utensilios.
