Superb

The villa is located in a quiet place. At night you don't hear anything. It is in the "middle of the Moselle region" and thus isn't far from any places to visit. The train station from Bullay is just 3km away.

The bathroom was a bit narrow. But very clean.

Pleasant

The apartment is clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is lots of parking and just a short distance to the town and bike and hiking tracks.

There was no internet reception. There were a lot of instructions on checking in and rules about checkout, which didn't make it feel very hospitable.

Okay

On arrival we were greeted by the lady owner of Wald villa ussbach. Although we were actually greeted unlike some of our friends, we immediately felt unwelcome and noticed that she was intoxicated and acting quite abrupt towards us (we could smell the alcohol). Me and my partner decided to book where the rest of our group were staying to make things easier but now wished we hadn’t. Our friends who we we travelled with encountered a blow out on the autobahn which after pulling over and changing to a space saver set us back a bit of time. We rang ahead to let her know we would be slightly later than anticipated due to this unforeseen circumstance! By the time we arrived at our apartments we had been in the car for around 12 hours so we were tired and couldn’t wait to get settled in. She told us about her concerns over - and I quote “white English people” saying that she had had issues before with white English people and waffled on at us for quite some time about how the other guests had treated her guest house to which we assured her we were no larger louts or ASBOs. Our friends who had the blow out have a 7 y/o son who was with us and the owner felt reassured that we were nice people after slating white English people for around 35 minutes. She actually then moaned to us about being late and that she missed a meeting because of us. She was clearly drunk and trying to tire us with the same brush which quite honestly annoyed me but I really wanted a bed and a hot shower so let her continue to finally showing us our apartments. The apartment itself was really lovely and modern. We had the Africa themed apartment. When booking we paid slightly more because it said we would have a balcony over looking a lake. We had no balcony and the lake was in fact a stream. We had a rainforest shower which was lovely and the kitchen was fully equipped which was great as I love to cook! The WiFi is temperamental and kicks you off after around 5 minutes.

Comfortabel verblijf in een groene oase.

Prachtige plek en fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. En in een klein half uurtje wandel je zo naar de Moezel.

Enigste wat een mooie aanvulling zou zijn zijn gordijnen in de slaapkamer. Er waren wel rolgordijnen maar die laten aan de zijkanten toch wat licht door. Combi van gordijnen en rolgordijnen zou perfect zijn.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Lage ist perfekt. Wir wollten Ruhe vor Silvesterböllern haben ( wegen unserer Hunde) und es hat geklappt. Super entspanntes Silvester gehabt. Wer Ruhe haben möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Gerne wieder

Super ruhige Lage, nette Gastgeber, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig weil abgelegen. Es hat uns aber super gefallen, Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben im Einkaufszentrum "Globus" recht gut gefrühstückt.

Wald Villa Üssbach; een aanrader!

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Woonkamer annex eetkamer en keuken. Aparte slaapkamer en badkamer. Top locatie, dichtbij alle leuke bezienswaardigheden rondom de Moezel. Slechts 4 uur rijden vanaf midden Nederland.

Vriendelijk, gastvrij, ruim, schoon en rustig gelegen met prachtige grote tuin

Hele vriendelijke mensen, zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Ruim appartement met alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Mooi wandel en fietsgebied!

Sorglos reisen...

Sehr familiär von den Eigentümern geleitet und auch betreut. Immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen aller Art. Eine Oase der Ruhe... liebevoll gepflegter Garten, der genutzt werden kann. Auch gegen Wind und Wetter großes Partyzelt mit Getränken wird geboten..

Dass der Urlaub zu schnell endete...wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und auf Anfrage wurde uns umgehend ein sicherer geschützter Unterstand geboten.. rundum zufrieden

Hele nette kamers in het appartement. Een goed bed, fijne badkamer. Een goede gastvrouw en gastheer. Heerlijk fietsen langs de Mosel.

Er viel mij niets tegen.
