sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Hotel-Besitzer. Gutes Essen und Frühstück. In unmittelbarer Nähe der oberen Werra-Quelle. Als Startpunkt für Radler ideal.

Ambiente wie Gaststube und Biergarten ist ansprechend. Küche ist zu empfehlen. Preise sind nicht ohne, aber woanders war es auch nicht billiger. Betten waren sehr gut. Ausstattung einfach, aber sauber, dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis gut angepasst. Wir waren mit Motorrädern da und hatten gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Frühstück war nicht so gut, wie angepriesen, eher enttäuschend. Das eine Spinne durchs Zimmer krabbelt kann passieren, macht aber keinen so guten Eindruck. Bei der Gastronomiebedienung fühlte man sich als ungebetener Gast. Am Pfingstmonntag war die Gaststube geschlossen.
