M0 Caffe & Motel

It is fine for a 1 night stay. Small room with a shower and a TV close to the M0 motorway but in a quiet environment. There is dedicated parking for the hotel guests and you can get food from the 0-24h shop of the petrol station.

The room was very small, there was no place to put your lagguage. The air condition was very noisy. There was no lift, so I had to take the 20kg luggage on the stairs.

Fantastic value for money and really close to the freeway exit.

Clean rooms, a convenient place for a sleepover. Close to the airport.

Nothing

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with a high-quality, firm mattress. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries and there was air conditioning. Great location – right by the highway and close to the city center. The windows are well soundproofed, so despite the heavy traffic outside, we were able to sleep peacefully. The 24/7 reception is a big plus.

However, what significantly affected our overall impression (-40%) was the behavior of the staff. We arrived as a family with children at 4:30 AM after a long journey from Greece, and the receptionist tried to charge us double the price listed on Booking. At that early hour, it was not possible to make an online reservation, which complicated the situation. Even though it was clear that we just needed to rest, the receptionist handed us TV remotes along with the room keys, which felt completely inconsiderate. Overall, the staff spoke very little English – just basic greetings and phrases. To top it off, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10:10 AM with no empathy, even though we had only gone to sleep around 6 AM and had paid for the room for the entire day.
