I’ve stayed at Grand Livio multiple times for short trips whenever I visit Denpasar. What I love most is the bed—it’s really comfortable, and the bolster pillow is such a nice touch and very much appreciated!
One thing I really hope the hotel will consider is bringing back bottled mineral water in the rooms. Using the water dispenser can be a bit of a hassle, and unfortunately, the water jug in my room was moldy and didn’t look clean. I always end up buying bottled mineral water myself during my stay. I think providing bottled water again, or at least ensuring the water jugs are properly cleaned and maintained, would make the stay much more convenient.

Great location to the city and airport, friendly staff and a tapas restaurant which was good.
Maybe it was just my room (183) but there was a timed aircon that hummed. Once asleep it became white noise
