Bardzo ładnie na wzgórzu położony apartament jednak daleko od plaży, ale coś za coś. Miejsce bardzo zadbane z super basenem i ogrodem idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jeden z lepszych w jakich byłem w Chorwacji. Sama miejscowość Lovran jest cudowna, zielona z piękna promenadą.
Co do minusów olbrzymim był brak moskitier w oknach co przy pladze komarów dało się we znaki zwłaszcza dzieciakom. Co dziwne jeden apartament miał te moskitiery, a ten Nasz niestety nie.
