Lovran kann man auch ohne Auto durch zahlreiche Fußgänger Wege und Treppen alle Ziele erreichen. Apartman befindet sich in ruhiger Lage Herr Fledroviç ( Besitzer), war sehr freundlich, gesprächig und hilfsbereit. Viele Blumen und grüne Anlage um Apartment . Viele Schmetterlinge im Garten.
Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine vorhanden sowie einen Wäscheständer . Draußen gibt es ein Tisch mit vier Stühle, 2 Ligen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch einen Esstisch mit vier Stühle, Schlafsofa , TV satelit und im Schlafzimmer ein großes Bett, Schrank und eine Kommode. Uns war nie zu warm, da vom Apartment ein Olivenbaum steht. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage , Rouladen sowie Thermorolle am Fenster . Mir hat sehr gefallen. Preis- Leistung war gut.
Parkplatz, schmale Straßen , definitiv gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Incredibly helpful owner. Nothing was a problem, he walked us to the beach the first day, showed us places where to eat and relax in Lovran, let us check-in earlier and check-out later. Everything was beyond our expectations. Room was clean and well positioned. Very quiet part of the town and close to the shop and beach (10-15min. walk)
