Great for the balloons
The location is great for experiencing the hot air balloons. The staff were friendly and arranged transfers from/to the airport. The room was large and clean. There is a supermarket, restaurants, and shops nearby.
It's not the fault of the hotel but with people getting up early to see the balloons, there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night. A sign might be helpful to remind people to be considerate of others.

The hotel was clean, bed very comfortable, quiet room. Everything is well organized. Staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby is nice and wellcoming. Many nice spots to chill. Safe. I definitely recommend and will probably be back.

The location is perfect. Rooms are very clean and all the stuff is very friendly and helpfull. There is very big garden at the center its very joyfull to drink wine at the garden. we choose the standart room but when we saw tha cave suits we regret for not choosing the cave room.
