There was a bit of a confusion about the room because we booked a deluxe room, but other than that, overall it’s OK. The rooms are nice and everything is working

Staffs are all friendly and warm, we can relax and enjoy 3 nights stay.
City center is walking distance and you can find restraunts and super markets.
You can enjoy a real cave room as well.

Cave room was ok, bit of a funky smell in the room that wasn’t in other cave hotels we stayed in. Definitely don’t book tours through them, you’ll end up paying a lot more than online or in town. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.
