The staff were superb. My travel plans changed but they did their very best to accommodate me at short notice. All were very helpful and genuinely friendly, without any of the charmless, scripted ‘corporate pleasantries’ that leave me cold. The location is good, a short walk to the prom, or to the shops and restaurants on Market Street.
