I liked that it was gated, many safety features. Rooms were spacious, always clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I also liked having breakfast items in the room. They restocked it every morning. Has a good shower. Very short walk to the Vatican. Also there was a self-serve laundromat that was 10 minutes from there, so was able to wash clothes.
This in no way reflects on the B&B, but the bus that stopped closest to this was never on time and sometimes didn't show up at all, which was frustrating because I had to call a taxi several times. It was too far for me to walk to the heart of Rome. The cab was way more expensive than a bus but unfortunately had to do it if I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes to see if the bus showed up or not.

The staff is welcoming, helpful and courteous. The location is good because it a short distance walk to the Metro and bus stop. The security is excellent. It is a cosy accommodation and makes a guest feel comfortable and welcome.

The lady who works there was a bit harsh. The tv would not come on.
