The staff were so friendly! Great prices. Lovely, central location. I loved the four bed female dorm I booked. The view from the common area was STUNNING- see pic! My bed was so comfortable and warm. The showers were hot and had great water pressure. It was nice that the bathrooms are separate to the dorms
The bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner. The signage outside to find it could be a bit clearer/bigger. To charge your phone in your bed you had to have your bed light on which I was self conscious about because of the others in the room, haha

Really great location, losts of restaurants, cafes and even clubs nearby. Friendly staff was a huge plus.
The place was clean and well kept, also felt safe.
The only downside was the shared bathrooms, you sometimes had to wait a while for others to finish up
