The pool was lovely, the room comfy and breakfast was fine. The guest carpark is very close. Check-in staff was most helpful and kind.
There were no guest towels by the pool or in the room. There weren't even dressing gowns. The lift absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, but it may have been one of the members of staff who were in there with us. Probably just back from their cigarette break.

Outdoor pool was lovely, room size good, fan in the room
Breakfast items ran out quickly, male on the front desk needs customer service training. Nowhere to get a drink, bar closed. Parking not on site which was a pain carrying the luggage to the hotel.
