    The hotel has a very good location - everything in Hengelo is within walking distance, and the central station is only about 2 minutes away. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was large, with a spacious and clean bathroom. That said, the rooms could use some renovation. There were several dirty marks and spots on the walls, which made the room feel a little worn. Unfortunately, our last night was quite unpleasant. At around midnight, the fire alarm suddenly went off throughout the hotel. It was extremely loud, to the point that staying in the room was impossible, so we went down to the lobby. The staff told us quite rudely that it was a false alarm and that we should simply go back to our room, even though the alarms were still sounding loudly in the rooms and corridors. It took more than 30 minutes before someone finally arrived and switched the alarm off. We had to wake up early the next morning, so this completely interrupted our sleep. Of course, false alarms can happen, but I really don’t understand why it took more than half an hour to stop it, or why the situation was handled so poorly by the staff. Overall, the location and room size were good, but the condition of the rooms and especially the handling of the fire alarm incident left us disappointed.

    I paid almost ***€ per day, and this lazy and crazy staff have attitude to us like I come to their house free. In early morning I go with my wife to smoke after shower, from 5 floor to 0, because on 5 floor where rooms ***€ per night and more didn't have place to smoke,
