Muy buena ubicación y pudimos ir con nuestra perra sin costes ilógicos extras un 100 por eso. No hubo problema para encontrar aparcamiento en la calle incluso siendo agosto. El balcón tiene buenas vistas . Muy cómodo y cerca a todo. En la oficina donde te entregan las llaves fueron muy amables y te explican muy bien todo el proceso.
Un poco de mantenimiento de los azulejos del baño estaría bien .
