About this house rental
It is a modern, small villa with palm trees in the garden and directly on the canal, where you can moor your motor or sailing boat (up to 10m in length). From the canal you can take the boat directly to the port or the open sea.
The coast of Empuriabrava or the Bay of Roses is a paradise for divers and snorkelers. The huge sandy beach of Empuriabrava is only a 7 minute walk from the house. Empuriabrava is an artificial lagoon town with canals and lakes, embedded on both sides of a nature and bird sanctuary. Empuriabrava has a huge range of shops, countless restaurants, with Catalan, Spanish and French cuisine, bars, clubs, discos etc.
A large network of hiking trails runs through the surrounding area, especially the hills of Roses, a pretty harbor town 3 km away. The surrounding area is also a golfer's paradise and, with the Dali Museum and many medieval monasteries and castles, also offers art and culture lovers everything. The nearby Pyrenees invite you to go hiking and skiing. The exciting city of Barcelona with Rambla, Olympic port, fashion houses, Gaudí architecture, old town and Catalan gourmet restaurants is only 100 km away and can be reached in an hour via the motorway. The house has home cinema via satellite with hundreds of channels (including practically all German and Swiss programs) as well as free internet via WLAN. The 3rd Double bed (pull-out couch) is in the living room. It is a strictly non-smoking house; Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The entire outdoor area with pool and berth was completely renovated in May 2018.

Ruhig gelegen, dennoch kurzer Fußweg zur Stadt. Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses erfolgte problemlos. Kommunikation war super. Tolles Haus, alles da was man benötigt! Rundum ein absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub!

Es ist ein rundherum Wohlfühlhaus. Sehr gepflegt und es wurde auch in der Küche an vieles gedacht. Wir haben nichts vermisst, um unsere eigenen Speisen zuzubereiten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist absolut gut durchdacht. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Pool ist auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn die Gäste mit allem gut umgehen und sich an Spielregeln halten, wird sich da wohl auch nichts ändern. (Z.B. die extra Pool-Getränkebecher nutzen). Wie gesagt es ist an alles gedacht, um einen supi Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und alle waren begeistert.

Très belle maison, avec une super piscine et une vue sur les canneaux fabuleuse. Quartier calme, proche de la plage et des commerces (environ 10 min de marche à pied). Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est passé sans soucis et avec facilité. Je recommande vivement ce bien avec même peut être l'espoir de le louer de nouveau l'année prochaine. En somme, maison à ne surtout pas rater !
