Apartamento amplio, limpio y bonito, con todos los equipamientos necesarios. Aunque no se encuentra en un barrio céntrico, está ubicado a pocos minutos del metro en una zona tranquila y con muchos servicios alrededor. Responsables de las llaves muy agradables y pendientes.

Es gab alles, was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind persönlich sehr nett. Sie waren immer sehr flott in der Kommunikation und waren sehr flexibel bei Änderung von Zeiten. Die Wohnung ist super nah an der U-Bahn Station AlfonsoXIII. Man läuft ca. 2 Minuten. Das ist wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt. In der Straße gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerein, Supermärkte, Obststände, Apotheken,…) Man muss nie lange irgendwohin laufen.
In die Wohnung ziehen viele Kochgerüche rein. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man immer die Grüche der Nachbarn in der Wohnung. Sollte jemand empfindlich sein, könnte ihn das stören. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm.
