Other than the low price, everything about this hotel was disappointing: misleading room description, no sea view, noise until late at night, poor cleanliness, unsafe facilities, and unpleasant surroundings. The property does not match its online presentation and is not recommended for families or longer stays. Renovated rooms policy: the hotel has renovated rooms on the upper floors, but they are only available to guests who book directly through the hotel, avoiding Booking.com fees. Our friends had an even worse room than we did (with a leaking and non-functioning toilet) and were only moved to a renovated upper-floor room after complaining. Those renovated rooms were clearly nicer, but were not offered to Booking.com customers.

Misleading advertising: The property does not match the pictures shown online. We booked a 3-person room, but on arrival we were given a very small room. It was crammed with one double bed, one small bed, a few pieces of furniture, and a refrigerator placed right next to the bed. This meant sleeping with the constant noise and heat from the refrigerator directly at our heads. The room is realistically only suitable for one person, yet we (2 adults and 1 child) were forced to stay there for 8 nights. View: We booked a seaside-view room, but our room had no sea view at all. Instead, the only view was of an empty field. Noise: The room was located directly above the dining area. Noise from guests made it impossible to rest. Although the restaurant officially closed at 21:00, noisy guests stayed until after 01:00 every night. Sleeping or relaxing was extremely difficult. Restaurant: Food quality was poor and prices were high. Air quality: At night (around 02:00–03:00), when opening the window, we experienced very bad odors — a mix of manure and sulfur — coming from nearby swamps. Mosquitoes: The area is full of mosquitoes at night. The balcony door had no mosquito net, so it was impossible to avoid bites. Pool: There is a pool in the backyard, but during our stay the cleaning pump was not working. The water was only treated with chlorine. It did not appear clean or safe. One child even injured his head and nose while using the pool. Location: The hotel is directly on a busy road with fast traffic, which is unsafe if staying with small children. While the beach is within walking distance, there is no reserved hotel area, so guests must pay extra for sunbeds and umbrellas. Cleaning: For our 8-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. Towels and bed sheets were not changed at all. Bathroom: Very small and outdated. The shower had no separation, so water spread across the entire bathroom floor. Combined with the rare cleaning, the floor quickly became very dirty.

Great stay that matched the price and what I needed.

Location and proximity to the ocean. Cost and location were the main reasons I selected this location. I was extremely satisfied. The gyro dinner was also tasty. That was a pleasant surprise.

Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Considering the price - it was expected. It was not a problem. I slept fine.

Everything we needed and more

The staff were very helpful, accommodating and fun. The room was very modern and clean and better than the photos. The pool area was especially good. Very beautiful lawn with little trees where we could enjoy our coffee and pool time. The food was delicious. All in all our stay was very pleasant and next time we are in the area we are definitely booking here.

Just a small thing. There were annoying mosquitoes in the room and no way to get rid of them. But we would still go back, though maybe better prepared.

Relaxed and refreshed.

We had a great three-night stay at the hotel. It was our first short vacation with our 9-month-old daughter, and it went very well. The rooms, pool, and garden looked just like they did in the photos. Since it was too hot to stay on the beach, we spent almost the entire day in the garden and by the pool. We had our meals there from the hotel’s restaurant, which offered great food, large portions, and reasonable prices. Everyone at the hotel was kind and friendly, and they provided everything we needed, including a cot for the baby. The bungalows are also very nice, and next time we’ll try to book one. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation or weekend with your family.

Rooms are renovated , hotel is clean , i would warmly recommend it. Only parking place is little bit scarce.

In hotel were a lot of Polish Guests who did not have respect for other guests, every night there was door slamming, noise , music until early morning. The guy on reception who was working night shift did not care about that , and did not do anything about that, because of that we left earlier one day.

We were arriving on late flight and would be late to the hotel. We contacted Denis and he immediately replied that there was no worries and the bungalow would be ready for us. This helped reduce stress and made the journey relaxed. The Hotel and Bungalow were great. Clean, tidy, well maintained. The pool was lovely. And the staff prepared us a very tasty breakfast. We hope to visit again sometime.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel during my stay. Despite having booked 2 rooms and initially planning to rate it 10/10 like my previous visit, a particular incident ruined my entire impression of the place. Towards the end of our stay, the host accused us of stealing his towel in a rather sneaky manner. I was shocked and appalled by this accusation, especially considering that it was baseless and unfounded. In response, I suggested that the host come and search our car, to which he responded with a sarcastic remark, insinuating that we might have left the towel on the beach. This kind of insinuation was not only offensive but also displayed a lack of professionalism on the host's part. I pointed out that this was our second time staying at the hotel and that such baseless comments were not only offensive but also completely wrong. It was only after my response that the host started apologizing, but I found it to be insufficient. In my opinion, a simple apology does not excuse the initial accusation or the disrespectful attitude displayed. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my stay. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed any positive aspects of my experience at the hotel, and I cannot overlook such a flagrant disregard for customer service. Due to this incident and the host's inappropriate behavior, I am compelled to give this hotel a rating of 1/10. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in service and professionalism, especially after having a positive experience during my previous stay. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar treatment.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent food and relaxing yard with pool!

Kind staff and pleasant stay value for the money. We've had a relaxed short vacation and enjoyed it in clean facilities, green grass yard and by the pool. The hotel is near markets, beaches, tourist places and definitely worth the money. The staff were kind and generous and the food in the restaurant delicious. I definitely recommended this place!

Ideally situated with incredible views of Mount Olympus

Denis Hotel and Bungalow was the capstone of our vacation, our last stop before returning to reality. We couldn't have made a better choice. As soon as we entered our room and walked onto the patio, we were greeted with a breath-taking view of Mount Olympus and little else, as the hotel is relatively removed from the surrounding urban environment. The hotel itself has a pool which we unfortunately did not have time to use, as well as easy access to the beach. The owner gave us excellent recommendations for swimming and dinner spots, which brought us to an unexpected mountain town called Paleo Palenemoina (which I recommend you visit - only 30 minutes drive away). After a copious breakfast for a reasonable price, the owner even gave us a few oranges and pears for the road.

The hotel was a little bit noisy, but this is more of an issue with the other guests than anything to do with the hotel itself. The only other negative point I can think of is how little time we were able to stay - only one night. We definitely needed at least three more...

It was our 2 night stop in our trip to Athens in one of the bungalows. Very affordable place to stay. We enjoyed the big yard with the fresh cut grass. The staff was very nice. The beds were very good and we all slept well.

The rooms were a bit small for us and it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.

I spent nice relaxing weekend at the beach in Greece under Olympus.

Nice small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Close to the sandy beach. Quiet location. Garden with pool. I enjoyed my stay there during the weekend. The facility is a little bit older but well maintained and very clean. Simple but tasty breakfast. I paid a fair price for my stay.

I was looking for peace and quiet and I found it. I didn't have to leave there at all, the pool was awesome and the food was even better. I'd definitely come again. The beach was within walking distance not even 5 minutes away.

- Swimming pool - Bungalows looks good

- The room was dirty and smells bad - The bed was very old, bad and uncomfortable. - The radiator from bathroom was very rusty, and the toilet looks disgraceful - No shower gel, shampoo, iron and fan. We ask for AC remote but it doesn’t work properly, it sounds like something broken and we turn it off.. - The windows looks like somebody puke on them… - They should invest some money in the hotel rooms, not only in bungalows and outside area.
