Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel

Location was excellent in Old quarter and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

The room we got was old and faced the back of the property so not much light.

First things first, it is the staff that makes this hotel! ❤️ It all starts with Rosie and very helpful correspondence months before the trip itself, with recommendations of tours and other useful advice. Then it's the check in, in our case Cian (Kian?), who was very chatty, helpful and a very kind introduction to our first Vietnam accommodation. We sadly do not remember the name of other people in the staff, but everyone was wonderful, THANK YOU!❤️ The rooms are ok-sized, very clean and cared for daily. Very efficient air-conditioning and a great shower. The location is spectacular, just steps away from the Old Town, where the action is. The only thing I'd improve is the breakfast, both the variety and quality. All in all, thank you all! ❤️

The hotel was in a perfect location right on the edge of Old Town Hanoi and the French Quarter. It was a couple of minutes walk to the lake with food and shopping options all around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly.?"Continually went out of their way to ensure our stay was phenomenal." ?"Make sure you talk to Rosie because she can get you some great deals for exactly the same tours that you've probably already booked online." She saved us $120 on a Ha Long Bay cruise on the same boat and in the same cabin. Lisa and Rina on the desk are very friendly and made it a great place to come back to in the way they interacted with the guests. The room was very clean and well serviced with a comfortable bed, a great shower and reliable wifi.
