Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel

The hotel was in a perfect location right on the edge of Old Town Hanoi and the French Quarter. It was a couple of minutes walk to the lake with food and shopping options all around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly.?"Continually went out of their way to ensure our stay was phenomenal." ?"Make sure you talk to Rosie because she can get you some great deals for exactly the same tours that you've probably already booked online." She saved us $120 on a Ha Long Bay cruise on the same boat and in the same cabin. Lisa and Rina on the desk are very friendly and made it a great place to come back to in the way they interacted with the guests. The room was very clean and well serviced with a comfortable bed, a great shower and reliable wifi.

Nothing, I loved it all!

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Rosie and their receptionist (I forgot her name, sorry) were so very helpful and hospitable. They gave us recommendations, city maps, helped up with SIM cards and checked in each day how we slept. It was like coming home to a home stay where somebody was taking care of you, but we had all the independence of a regular hotel. The breakfast was also delicious each day and the staff at concierge were always quick to open doors for us and help us with our luggage. Incredible experience. The location was great, we were a 3 minute walk from the busier area so we could enjoy the peace and quiet for sleeping, but also walk to the lake and local landmarks quickly and easily.

Our only concern was that the rooms looked larger in the advertisement than they were in real life. It was a bit of a squeeze for two people with suitcases.

It was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriend. I would not have thought that it would be so nice! Here are my highlights: 1. The staff is overall super nice and caring. Rosie wrote me per WhatsApp a few days before our arrival to check in and help us with arriving from the airport. 2. We got a room update with a room including a bathtub and a nice view. 3. The TV in the room is a smart TV. 4. We asked some questions about Hanoi and the staff members gave us a map, a very nice route and they even told us about a super cool mario kart like event starting in the night and where we could find it. 5. It's in a very good position. You can reach alot of highlights in Hanoi in literally 10 min from the Hotel. 6. The breakfast was very good! Everything fresh and you can even order some stuff from the card! 7. The beds are super comfortable.

Can't complain about anything. It was perfect!
