A lovely relaxing stay

A stunning setting, views were outstanding! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Very friendly and excellent service. Food was lovely and plentiful too.

The view! The staff are incredible; they are friendly, helpful and professional. Nicole was our server generally and she was very good and helpful. The room sizes are ok, loved the pillows (like more US hotels with not just large pillows but also nicely stuffed and not stiff typical Euro pillows).

Very enjoyable stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Charming guesthouse with great atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast and lovely four course dinner provided with half board. Excellent views - they moved our room to the side with the view on request. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel is like an old wooden chalet, full of history and beautifully decorated, Dinner is absolutely wonderful, as well as the wines served, and breakfast. The shared living/bar area is very welcoming too. The views on the mountains (e.g. from the dining room) are beautiful.

Like in all old chalets, the rooms and bathrooms are not very spacious, but that is easily counterbalanced by the wonderful atmosphere, views and food.

This was my happy place!

What's not to like with this beautiful authentic mountain hotel, super cute and cosy, Instagram worthy decor and super friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay feel homely. Beds were comfy, breakfast was amazing and dinner outstanding. Not everything on the dinner menu appealed to my 10 year old daughter but she didn't go hungry. Location has outstanding beauty, a good base to see everything around (don't miss going up the gondola in Ortisei, Val Gardena). Don't forget to ask about the history of the building. Spa available in sister hotel La Perla across the road.

3 person room on the top floor a little cramped and bathrooms were small but that wasn't unexpected based on the photos.

Struttura che vuole mantenere un sapore retrò, ma sicuramente non all’altezza, camera , molto rumorosa, assolutamente non insonorizzata, si sente sia sopra che a fianco pavimento che scricchiola molto forte, tendaggi , tappeti da ristrutturare e tenda plastica vasca bagno , essendo la camera lato tavoli bar.. distanza 3/4 metri…. Si può immaginare…!! Ho cercato di cambiare camera ma impossibile, avrei dovuto cambiare struttura questa la soluzione più giusta.
