La zona de las Hayas es un lugar muy bonito y estás muy cerca del parque de Garajonay.
El personal muy amable y tienes el restante hay mismo en las instalaciones.
El inconveniente es que hubo un poco de ruido de movimiento del bar que justo está arriba ☝️ de los dormitorios.
Pero por lo demás la noche muy tranquila 😉

We have booked 3 rooms as we travelled as 3 couples. All rooms were super clean and comfy and we had no issues to park all together. Staff is exceptional, I recommend without any doubt. Restaurant bar has amazing views and really good food (not expensive either). Waiters and bartenders are amazing. Very friendly people,we felt like home!

Good location very central on the island. You can drive anywhere in less than 45 minutes; right at the edge of Garajonay national park, with many hiking trails running right by the hotel. Friendly staff, plenty of parking space, good value for money.
Room was clean, but got invaded by friendly caterpillars - be advised the hotel is at the edge of a rainforest, so bugs may show up. Staff was uncoordinated: I paid ahead for a breakfast on Monday, but the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Wi-Fi in my room was not great.
