Always a sad moment when you leave Sonia's a genuine family welcome in the hills. From the breakfast staff in the morning to Sonia in the evening there's always a friendly face to assist with your stay.
The food is something else here with generous portions the order of the day. Also in the village is a shop, bar and pharmacist. It's a central place for a lot of hiking.
For those that don't like hiring cars a bus service runs between the main towns and the airport.

Lovely place. Breakfast was REALLY nice, and opened at 7.30, so nice if you want to start walking early. Dinner good too. There is a supermarket next door. Very conveniently placed along the GR131 route (lots of hikers).

superb situation for walking but most impressive was the fantastic hard working team running the hotel. Good mountain food in the restaurant and amazing amount of food on the breakfast table to make up a good packed lunch for the day ahead…..with foil wrap included.
