Really great stay at Villa Clematis!

Very friendly hosts, we felt welcome! Very good cost-performance-ratio. Great terrace with sea view and canvas blind - loved it! (apartment with 2 bedrooms) Also the pool really great. Very well located - 100m from the beach, 70m from a great (not so cheap) fish restaurant, 20min walk to the main beach with many beach bars, mini shops, etc., 5min walk to a Studenac to buy food/ 10min to a big grocery store. We almost never needed the car.

Really everything fine...if you want to say something critical: mosquito nets partly broken, no dish washer. But we coped with both very well :-)

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

The grounds of Villa Clematis are beautiful. We were there during a heatwave and there is ample shade on the balconies and terraces should you need it. Plenty of sun loungers are available around the pool area and on the sun terrace. The pool was a perfect size and is well maintained. The villa is about 2 minute's walk from a lovely rustic beach. Eva was so helpful with all queries and welcomed us on arrival with a warm smile and a selection of cold, refreshing drinks. The accommodation itself, although basic enough, was clean and tidy. It felt very private and relaxing. We plan to go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Clematis!

Sweet hosts. So service-minded and friendly as few. We could wash clothes here. Large rooms in the flat with a large veranda, nice seaview, garden and pool.

The smallest bedroom was a bit warm for the kids. Poor buss connection, and you’ll need a car to get around on sightseeing.

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts

Anita was such a lovely host. Despite not speaking any English (we got by with my schoolgirl German) she gave us a very warm welcome with cold drinks, beer and biscuits and helped us settle in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed (apart from a frying pan). The little pool was lovely, the garden was beautiful and the beach was just a 2 minute walk away. There were plenty of little bistro-style restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance and little supermarkets as well selling milk, bread, meat and jam etc. We hired a car for a couple of days and there was free parking on site. The villa is on an island so to get to Trogir Town you can either go by car (about 10 minite drive) or you can walk about 10 minutes and catch the water taxi which is the lovely scenic way to travel!

A lovely few days by the sea.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the beach a short stroll away.

location was fantastic, with a view to die for. So peaceful. lovely walks along the coastline, and a hilly walk to a wonderful little restaurant . The owners are wonderful and make you feel so at home. We loved it

Very poor

The handover of the keys was absolutely fine - downright excellent. The scheduled arrival time was at 10 am. We managed the trip faster and when I wrote around 8 o'clock in the morning, we were told that we could easily arrive and stay. Everything was fine here.

We went to this accommodation with a child and unfortunately it was not a well-chosen accommodation. The interior of the apartment was appalling. Electrical outlets fell out of the wall. There was mold on the wall. Lots of destroyed things. Old room equipment. The bed we slept on was hard and whenever I moved, it creaked. I was not at all satisfied with how much I paid for the accommodation - I expected something completely different for 1600 € for 5 nights. So what I have to appreciate is the pool at the accommodation and the approach of the host - otherwise I would not recommend this apartment. My opinion is that the hostess should either compensate me for my stay.

It's graet place close to the beach. The owners are very nice people, who welcome us with the icecream for our kids and local beer for us. They also let us move in a bit earlier, what was very kind. It's beautiful place with lots of flowers and other plants. There works very firendly and helpfull lady- Melita.

The beds were very unconfortable and noisy. No pan fry in the kitchen. Noises from other apartments. Just few sun beds arround the swimmingpool, not enaugh for all gests. To many german people, who used the swimmingpool as their own...

A good tip for travellers for Okrug Gornji

Excellent place for vacation. Accommodation was good class and great value for money. Anita & Ivan very helpful and nice as hosts. Lovely is beach is only 100 metres away. Okrug village is just 10 minutes walk away and provides restaurants and supermarkets. EOS is a local travel agency which is in co-operation with villa Clematis. We used them for airport transfers and everything went fine. Confirmation day before by phone and price 220 kunas one way was as promised. I can warmly recommend both companies, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastyczny obiekt, który spełnił nasze oczekiwania! Duży apartament w którym mieliśmy wygodne miejsca do spania, świetnie urządzony aneks kuchenny, salon gdzie mogliśmy spędzać czas razem, a do tego duży balkon z widokiem do którego chce się wracać! Podświetlany basen, miejsca na grila, leżaki do wypoczynku, piękna roślinność na terenie obiektu. Lokalizacja idealna, 2 minuty do morza, do sklepów. Blisko na wypad do Trogiru! Właściciele przyjaźni, rodzinni. Lepiej nie mogliśmy trafić 😊

Unser Apartment war genau in der Mitte, somit hat man alles von nebenan gehört, die Wände sind sehr dünn, dass man sogar den Wasserhahn hörte und die Stimmen. Die Klimaanlage war nachts sehr laut.

Tyckte om allt! Bra läge med mkt nära till strand. Bra pool. Fler gäster men man märkte knappt av dem. Restauranger i närheten och stor supermarkets och även mindre närmare boendet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Sängarna var tyvärr inte sköna utan rätt hårda.
