House with direct sea view in a top location, only 100m to the sea, Mediterranean garden (citrus fruits, figs, grapes, almonds, cacti, olives), barbecue, large terrace, 3 balconies, parking directly at the house, outdoor shower, living space: 123m², TV-Sat, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (every room), fitted kitchen, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, high quality garden furniture, parasol.
On request, an additional bedroom (separate entrance) for 2 people with shower, toilet, kitchenette (15m²) can be used, so that a maximum occupancy of up to 8 people is possible.
On request: Rooms in the granny area can also be rented separately.
