The house is only 22 km from Split Airport and is located on Ciovo Island on the silent southside, and 5 km from Trogir center. Ciovo Island is reachable by car / taxi over the bridge or by boat.
The house is totally new renovated, new bathroom, new floors, all rooms are charmingly furnished. And new kitchen with Dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 sleeping rooms with twin beds (8 total pers). The house is located with a breath taking sea view only 80 m from the ocean. All rooms are with amazing seaview. Right outside, the house has a huge balcony with a stunning seaview, with new garden furnitures. There is a transportable effective climate, and 2 new wind tabs. Further more the 2 bedrooms upstairs are with automatic air conditioning. 2 bedrooms are downstairs under the balcony, and the other ones are next to the toilet upstairs. The house has a new barbecue, and in the garage there are 1 kayak, water sports gear and a stroller. On the roof top of the garage, there is a trendy lounge build out of pallets. The beach in front of the house is rocky, and 5 minutes walk away there is a small beach with pebble stones recommended for kids. 1.5 km away there is a very charming beach with cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket, a beach which is recommended for kids. On the island of Ciovo there are lots of cozy cafes and restaurants with local served food. From the town of Trogir you can reach Split center by boat for only 6 euros pr. person.
