The appartment was very spacious and well laid out. There was lots of storage and a well-equiped kitchen. The view over the river was spectacular, and well worth paying the extra for. The staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for places to eat and drink. The pool and patio was a nice feature and I wish I'd made more use of the area during our stay.
It's a shame that the bar isn't open (to non-diners) after 7pm. It would have been nice to be able to come back to the hotel and enjoy a relaxed drink with other guests in the evening.

The staff were amazing, the location was outstanding, and the facilities were everything one could ask for.
My partner did have a complaint about the bed being too firm, though that is a matter of personal preference. I would suggest that the garden overlooked by the terrace at my apartment could have been landscaped to make it more inviting; however, we did not spend much time in the apartment, so it remains a minor complaint.

Size of apartment. Lovely terrace. Excellent taster menu experience at the independent restaurant located in the hotel. Good location, quiet and in walking distance of bars and restaurants

The staff went above and beyond - they were so helpful with where to eat and with any questions we had.
The property was a hidden gem !
The view from our terrace was amazing .
The room was on smallish side but was really well appointed.
The complimentary decanter of port and the welcome note were so kind and such a perfect welcome.
Breakfast left by our door in the morning was absolutely delicious.
Absolutely nothing ! It was perfect.
Might soften the bed up a bit as it was like sleeping on a brick.
