The interior was updated and from afar it looked nice. It has a central location in Chillan, but there is nothing to do in the city. It has safe and free underground parking space which is easily accessible by the elevator. There was lactose free yoghurt available at breakfast.
The rooms were cleaned very badly. A lot of hair and dirt on the floor in the corners of the room. A lot of dust on the lights in the room. Everything at breakfast was covered in plastic: every loaf of bread, a banana, … So bad for the environment!!! Totally irresponsible.
