Very friendly and welcoming team. Helpful with organising trips and taxis and the breakfast was incredible!
Unable to walk to any nearby restaurants in the evening, but taxis easy enough.

Everything. Location was not too far from town and very quiet and lovely surrounds. Beds were comfortable, water was hot and high pressure. Pool area was beautiful albeit a little cold to swim this time of year, and breakfast was THE BEST I’ve had in Zambia after 11 years of coming back.
And Gloria and her staff were just lovely. So helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly (Vanessa speaks fluent English and Gloria is a good host), location was about a 15 min walk into Livingstone town, breakfast was plentiful and they provide a pick up from the airport (for 15 dollars but it's probably cheaper to book a cab).
The outdoor pool could have been cleaner (it got cleaned in the last couple of days before I left) but the garden is very well kept.

very silent. they have mosquito net.
When we arrived there, the receptionist did not know our reservation and assigned us a different room than we had reserved. Moreover, the room was found that it was a higher grade than the one we had reserved, and we were later asked if we could move the room or would like to pay extra for it.
