New Fairmount Hotel and Casino

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of Allan and his team. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to our needs. They often checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated their flexibility and generosity in allowing us a complimentary late check-out at no additional cost. This was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right at the heart of the city, making it very convenient to access the main attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, comfortable stay, and outstanding service from Allan and his team made our experience very pleasant. We would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

I liked the staff, they were very kind and helpful. They really gave excellent customer service. I also liked my room it met my expectations.

I think the hotel could improve on the hot water supply, i struggled a bit there and the HDMI cable in my room 304 seemed to be faulty, TV had no sound.

Location, architecture and history, Hospitality, courteous and welcoming staff

It was very close to the market, literally 1 minute from the door. We used it as a final destination for our return flight to Cape Town from Victoria Falls airport. Some of the staff, including the manager, were very friendly and welcoming. The price was very reasonable.

We had a bit of a disaster with mosquitoes. We saw several mosquitoes flying about our room. Because there were no nets, we asked for our room to be sprayed; however,a really heavy-duty toxin was used, after which we couldn't sleep in the room. Thankfully we managed to get a new room. The breakfast is just average, nothing too bad though; you get what you pay for.
