This was a quaint little cottage with an outside bath. You could think you were in the middle of the bush it was so quiet and peaceful. Even though there were other cottages & accommodation facilites on site - all were spaced out & privacy fencing was placed so it seemed you had the place to yourself. Definitely enjoyed our overnight stay.
No provisions within close proximity so you need to make sure that have what you need before you get there.

Location was excellent, in Punakaiki with a view of the sea which was perfect. Hosts were amazing - really friendly and accommodating. The beds were really comfortable.
The unit, though it had everything you could possibly need, didn’t feel right. It felt more like a dormitory - too many beds for the space, pillows were awful and the flooring wasn’t very nice. It was so close to being perfect it was a shame the little things let it down.

Great location set back from road, Quiet with a good view of beach. Easy access and parking. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Really loved the outdoor bath.
A few things a little tired - Bed not overly comfortable and seemed a little past its used by. Faulty light in kitchen
