The view and setup. The the view from the room balcony was wonderful and the furniture in balcony were in good condition to sit and enjoy the sunset

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Shantel was the most outstanding, friendly and helpful at the front desk. In addition, Nicole,Marlene, Michael, Ayanna ,Miss Perez, Cindy and the entire rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. I refused to let one bad employee spoil the the great experience I had at Cara.I would stay here again.
One associate , Clarisse , ( I may have spelt the name wrong)the front desk was very unfriendly and not willing to help with a small request we had. She attitude was very rude and unreceptive to getting us any answers for our small request.
